When im on my period my back hurts, can I stop it?

Kaay my back breaks a little before I start my period and I was just wondering what I could do to stop it.. Please help <3

You don’t need to be checked out, it’s perfectly normal. I find that Midol or Pamprin work the best for me on my period. Ibuprofin is good too. Try a heating pad, or a bubble bath. Sometimes I sleep with a heating pad on my lower back or stomach. It definitely helps.
