how can I get skinnier than what I am now?

my height my be the reason why im short too I wish I could lose like 30 lbs becuase I feel so fat, and everyone looks at me and I feel like its because im fat! and I cant talk it. I wanna lost like 30 lbs+ really fast sooo what should I do!?

im about 135 lbs and my height is either 5’0 or 5’1 ew do I hate it so much! help!!!<3

don’t worry bout your weight, if you eat right exercise then your body will be at it’s proper weight, which is where you look most attractive, and it’s a major turn off to talk to girls who obsesse about their weight

you should do exercise like run, jog, swim, jump rope and do crunches and sit-ups eat healthy too like vegetables and fruits to fill you up water too NO SODAS,JUNK FOOD,SNACKS,AND NO GREASY FOODS eat only chicken and fish but grill or bake it but no frying it dont eat red meat, shrimps or pork chicken and fish are much healthier and exercise thats the best thing you can to

Have you ever though that people look at you for a completly different reason that your weight? Your BMI is about 26.4, yes it is slightly over weight. But in my best judgment you probably cant even tell seeing that its so close to normal weight. If you lost 30 pounds, think of how unhealthy you’d be. Not worth it.
