How can I get a big bubble butt?

Hi I’m Latin and im 15… I REALLY think I have a small flat butt… and I was wondering how can I get a big bubble butt!! Here’s a pic of my small butt! lol

Okay - If you want a big bubble butt without getting fat here are some things that will help you get it: 1st you have to do some lower body exercise to build your glute muscles - do squats -don’t let your toes go beyond your knees and bend at the waist until your thigh’s are straight across from hips to knees. Use dumbells that are heavy enough that you can only do 12-15 reps and you struggle to do the last 2. do 5 sets of these 12-15 reps. A really good video that worked for me is Tamilee Webb’s “I want those Buns” (try amazon) if you do that video 3 times a week with dumbells on section 1 & wrap around ankle weights on section 2 - you will get what you want!! If you are starting out - you wont be able to do the whole video with weights at 1st but, Def. start using weights with it after the 1st couple weeks. Also buy a good whey protein powder and drink it in milk after each workout and also a serving before bed on your workout days. Try to eat more often but a little smaller meals 4 or 5 a day - a couple meals can be a protein bar & piece of fruit. Stick with these things and you will get results! I did! :) Dana

Your butt is fine, you can increase the muscles in your butt but it won’t make it a big butt… be happy with what you have, i’d be happy with it.

im latin too im 15 and I got a small butt I hate it I dont know what to do. id try squart lots and lots and lunges but dont eat to get a butt you dont want to get fat just eat normal get enough protein. dont give up work out. gud luck hopeful the both of us will get what we want soon.

by having a butt surgery which would cost £6,000/$12,000 I think you butt is ok for a 15 year old keep it natural.. all you need to do is reseach on how to tone the top of your legs which would push your butt up a bit. I hope I have helped you.

Hey, check out a book called the Genotype. Trust me it answers all your questions about diet, workouts and lifestyle. Also how to get results that are healthy and well last. It is very scientific and goes as far as to ask your bloodtype, what your finger prints look like and how you react to certian things. Good luck! I have a big butt and people make fun of me for it…you can’t fit into anything either…you should just keep your body the way it is hun…your only 15, I’m sure it will get bigger on it’s own…I went from a size 6 to a size 8 in a year from it…let it grow by itself…

why would you want a big bubble butt for? my neice has a big bubble butt and shes 13 and we tryed to get these jeans on her before and i had to wrestle them onto her. you aint goin to fit any pants if you have a BIG BUBBLE BUTT but if its what you want :) GOOD LUCK

Hey, well, thanks for answering my question. Well, you can try to do exercises especially for that area lunges or squats. When getting dressed sometimes corduroy pants make your butt look bigger. Low rise pants and pants with bulky back pockets. Jeans with large detailing on the back pockets. Sometimes shirts that come down a little longer make you look a little more curvacious.
