How do I get a big butt?

I want a bigger butt but I dont want a muscle booty, I want a thick bubble booty and I feel that excersice will burn fat and just make it flatter. What do I need to do to get results that actually work?

It could also be genetics, but I think it also comes from the food you eat. Your best bet would be soul food!! Thats how a lot of people get they butt!!!

nothing will help that squats wont help either, they just tone it and help losse a bit unless its were you put on weight when you gain weight then theres no way to do it without surgery no exercscise or things can claim theyll help will work either

its genetic..you get what you get…so there isnt anyway to change the shape of your butt without cosmetic surgery

If you eat more or more fattening foods, you will not only gt a big butt, but you’ll get fat all over. I used to be real skinny. Now, I got a big butt for a white girl. I basically go to the gym once a week and do every exercise in there that targets your butt and legs. I do low reps with really high weights. Start with five reps, then increase the weight and so four, all th way to one, where it’s so heavy that I can only do one. Do it on all the exercises like that.

Try doing exersizes that will lift the butt muscles(gluteus maximus). That will(over time) lift and reshape your muscles, making them rounder and more protruding(will make ya junk sit betta…lol), making yo booty appear bigger!

p.S. Girl, if you dance, do that too. Especially the thang where you lift one cheek @ a time, and booty poppin. That helps!

The only way you can get a big butt is tonning it which will mean a muscle butt. If you generally put on weight you butt will get bigger but so will the rest of you so it’s up to you! If you do decide having a muscle butt isn’t actually all that bad then cycling is a brilliant way to get one! Hope this helped x

try eating a piece of bread every night rite before you go to bed. Thats what the black girls at my school do and they all got Butts so try that.

squats wont help.drink lots of portein shakes and eat bread.exercising will help you loose weight…or get a muscle butt,& you dont want that
