how can I fast for 14 days without any food?just water !!!

Honestly no one should go without food for 14 days. But be sure to give yourself some kind of protein and carbs otherwise you will have no energy at all. I have friends who compete in body competitions and the most they fast is for 2 days so I don’t really suggest it without a professional’s help.

it’s hard work having only water for 14 days, esp’ if you’re not used to fasting for a long time. it can be done, all you’ll need is strong will power. but be warned you will feel horrible mentally and physically most of the time. all you can think about is food and fasting. you will get very tired, weak, dizzy/faint, feel cold, constipation, have no energy for anything and more. you may get diareah, headaches, nausea, moodiness, lack of concentration/memory and more. when you finish the fast you will have to introduce food back into your diet, cause your stomuch wont be able to handle it. you’ll gain some weight [mainly water-weight] and your tummy will bloat as soon as you start eating normally again. it’s not fun. remember to drink lots of water and pref’ take vitamins too. be careful.

its very hard to do that, mainly as people question why your not eating and people get worried

also health effects such as fainting it can damage you internally etc

the only way to do it is self will and force yourself not to do it and keep busy

but ask yourself why you want to do it before you actually do it as it makes you moody, stressed paranoyed and not very nice

Hey, im bulimic/anorexic with me I don’t want to eat but I have to because mi mum and dad sit at the table for dinner so I have to. but I don’t have any breakfast (I go into the kitchen and pretend I eat but instead just wrap up woteva I have then throw it in the bin in skool, then 4 lunch I just throw it out because I’m in skool. then when I come home I try and do something like read magazines or go on the computer. then comes dinner which I have to eat. so afta I eat it I go up 2 mi room where I have a bucket which I b sick in then hid it until I empty it the nxt mornin then repeat the process the nxt day alll ova again

believe me it works I lost 4 pounds in 5 dayz!!

some people will say im stupid and im gunna die but hu cares I don’t because if I lose weight ill b happy.

p.s. I attend the family and child clinic in the hospital!!

your question kind of answers itself, don’t eat any food just drink water when your thirsty. the first few days are the hardest getting past the headaches and feeling sick but then it gets much easier. It’s only dangerous if you have low amounts of body fat as there won’t be any fat to use up as fuel and your body will begin to break down muscle tissue. However if you are over weight your body will break down your excess fats first then only when fat stores have been depleted will it switch to muscle tissue.

I agree with k80bby… your body will need some kind of protein or carbs… sometimes drinking juice helps. or at least cut that time in half. fourteen days is too long!

I tried 2 days once you get terrible cramp and all you ever think about when you fast is food!

its better to just do a calorie controlled diet thats what im attempting

its not worth fasting!
