The only possible way for your breasts to grow bigger is if you get plastic surgery, gain weight, or do these outlandish exercises. I have heard so many rumors that claim to make your breasts bigger, but none of them work. Drinking a lot of milk won’t do anything, same with chugging down apple juice. For young girls to want their chest larger is jsut part of growing up. I am in my early teenage years and I really dislike my size. I am a 34B, and even though I probably don’t have any reason to be complaining I still want my breasts bigger. If your breasts are small and you’re a teenager then the best advice you could get is wait until you are older, or until your breasts stop growing, and if you still don’t liek the size then get surgery. Because I am telling you there is no way to magically make your breasts grow. And also, don’t try to change what you were given so suddenly, something could go terribly wrong.

However, you’re still growing, and they may get a little bigger yet - be patient.

the only things that makes your breast bigger are puberty if your not 18 they will reach there full size by around then surgery which usually makes them look fake and hard gaining a lot of weight all over your body which can make you unhealthy and pregnancy which will only temporarily make them big and also make them sag/droop more no pills, creams, exercise, foods and other crap works to make them temporarily bigger use padded bras and push-up bras

I heard they also get bigger when you gain weight.. but ofcourse I guess you wouldnt want to do that
