How can evolve myself ?

I want to evolve myself into the person that I see in my head a amber rose lady gaga lil jay from gossip girl type of girl very fashionable and sexy .. As well as girly I’m a very pretty girl but I’m not sure how to use it .. When I see girls in my school dressed so nice I get depressed cause I feel like I can look like they do . Can someone tell me where to shop and what I can do to evolve myself into a bombshell ? This will be greatly appreciated .. Thanx guys :)

honeslty there is nothing wrong with change or wanting to change just make sure its something you want not something others want. and honestly depends on your area. forever 21 is a good place to start just remember its important to accessories…

OH GOD NO… you don’t need to be like anybody but yourself sweetie. you don’t have to dress like other people to feel pretty or get attention. that’s just copying off other people and in you’ll be the same nobody as them. dare to be different and if nobody likes you for who you are then forget them.
