How do I know if he likes me and if anything will come from it?

I’m 16 almost 17 and for a while I’ve been with this boy 17 almost 18 but where not going out, the thing is I really like him and his friends told me that he likes me to, we only ‘get with’ (kiss/snog- whatever you want to call it) each other and we have had sex and the rest, so I suppose I have given it all away to soon but I want to know if he really does like me and if anything will come from whatever is going on between us- I’m so confused please help First time user of this site by the way, so sorry if this is all written wrong

The good news is he has told his friends he likes you and if you’ve been going out for awhile then he’s sticking around which also points to he likes you! The best way to know if he wants to take it a step farther is to ask him. The only way your relationship can evolve is by communicating. So open up, ask him how he feels, tell him what your thinking and see where it all leads!
