how bad is straightning your hair every day?

like how much damage can I do to my hair if I straighten it every dayy.?

If not properly cared for, you can really sizzle your hair to death. Heat damages hair, and unless you protect it with a serum or spray before you straighten it, you will end up with brittle hair and split ends. Just remember, your hair is like a plant, over watering a plant is not healthy; get the gist?

I straighting my hair everyday… you may get lots of slit ends or your ends will break… and I guess thatz pretty much it!!! I straighting my hair like everyday and thats all it every done to my hair!!!

It wont cause much damage unless you dont take care of it or dont get it trimed every 6-8weeks.
