How can I gain wait but in a healthy way?

I really think that I am very skinny and so do my friends and my mom say. How can I gain wait but in a healthy way? I’ve tried eating a lot but I just can’t seem to gain any wait.

stick to weight training and skimp on the cardio…but you wanna stay healthy sooo don’t eat a lot of foods high in sugar in fats mostly high in carbs and proteins…thats what body builders do is eat proteins…look online for some body building exercises and thing like that and some healthy foods that help you gain weight.

well obviously you have a fast matabolism! I am jelous btw… but the best thing to do for you but not everyone is to lift weights.. my sis was really skinny than I took her to the gym like three times a week and now shes about average… also a lot of protien

dont gain weight, there is so many people who wish to be like you, especially me, I wish I can be hella skinny cuss im hella fat I weight like 120lbs, and im 4’11 lol, I know im short, and that makes me look hella fat, but your perfect, I wish I can eat and eat so I can never get fat, cuss really, who doesnt like to eat, especially junk food, nobody likes healthy foods, but we eat it to stay healthy, but seriously, I dont like to keep worring about my weight, and when your skinny you dont have to cuss you will never get fat and thats a good thing

I am just like you, I weigh about 105lbs and im 5”8, it sucks I’ve tried everything possibal, I’ve worked out, I’ve ate tons of junk food, I’ve eatin healthy with lots of food in my meals. Nothing works! Both my parents were skinny when they were my age so it runs in the family. I’ve just learned to live with it and its just the way I am. Just be proud that you can be skinny.

The previous answers are correct. I would like to add to watch out for processed foods that are high in saturated fat. High fat foods and high protein foods would be good for you, but it depends on your age, height, weight, gender, etc. Working out would help too, but more so if you are a guy.

One last thing, as far as your metabolism goes. If you eat little meals all day (I eat 6) your metabolism speeds up. I suggest eating larger portions, less times a day. I call it the Sumo diet. Those guys eat one gigantic meal at beginning of the day. You don’t have to go to that extreme, but it gives you an idea.

You should do pushups and exercise more often to gain wait and look sexy. DO about 200 pushups 3 times a wekk and the other days lift waits or other helpfull exercises.
