I’m going to be the bringer of reality here though, unfortunately.

Once you open the jar, it needs to be refrigerated so it does not reach the breeding temperature of bacteria (called the danger zone). When it’s sealed, bacteria cannot enter, but the minute you open it, it’s a bacteria nursery.

hey that is a good one. we went for sushi and the waitress put the wasabi ball in the soy sauce and mixed it up, it was great but smokin hot.
