Hops?

How do you increase your hops in fast time. Without paying money? I am 14 and can dunk but I want to get higher

without spending money you can find two wooden blocks between 2 and 3 inches tall and no more than 1 inch wider than your foot. find a good way to attach them to your feet either by tying or tapeing them. they should be attached to the front of your feet, your toes should not be hanging off the end and they should be no longer than to where the balls of your feet are. put athletic tape on the bottom of these so you don’t click when you walk. you look kind of stupid doing this but you should walk and jump around with these on as much as possible. I paid for something like this when I was in high school and it added 4-5 inches to my vert. it really works because it over works the jumping muscles in your calves, hammys, and quads. it seriously works and you will be sore but it works quickly too.
