xD Nice Way Of Comparisson, i Mean It Can’t Be That Good, There’s Like 200 Avatar Episodes And to Take It All And Sum It Up To All But 4 Videos… Nope. I Mean The Fight With The Fire Lord Was 2 Episodes, That’s Already Half The Movie!

It did suck. The cartoon version was amazing- I’m actually a total Avatar nerd. It’s just that in the movie they took out ALL the humor, and that’s what I liked the most. I was extremely dissapointed -.-

I think they did an okay job on the movie. A lot was left out that I would have loved to have seen. They didn’t sum up the entire series in one movie as many people think they did. They just did book one. He didn’t fight the fire lord yet…. Although, I’d have to agree with Connor. There was hardly any humor in it at all. Sokka was the comic relief in the cartoon, but he was SO serious in the movie. :(

They purposely botched the names, they left out much of the humor and spiritual overtones, no giant Aang water monster, not enough bending, and the acting was HORRIBLE!!!! I give it a C. Not amazing, but not awful. I just hope the next one is better!!

It looked like Zuko was Middle Eastern. I agree, the casting was horrible. It seemed as though the people in the water tribe should have been the people cast for the fire nation…. Idk, I was greatly disappointed with the acting!
