Who can answer two questions about the new avatar movie?

I just purchased the new avatar movie and I must have seen it a million times, yea I’m a dork but what ever.

My first question is in the scene where it’s Dr. grace, trudy, norm, and the wheel chair guy and they are looking at the tree of souls dr. grace says how she would die to get samples because there is something crazy biologically going on inside of there, but outsiders are strictly forbiden. Then she says something really fast right before they change scenes it sound like she says “filthy swine” at first I thought she said press rewind but they’re not watching a movie.Does any one know what she said???

second question for the avatar fan…Jake the wheelchair guy has 3 months before the military comes in and tares the place down, right after the love scene the military rips down the tree of souls w/ yellow bulldoser NOT bombs…then they explode the home tree later where every one leaves to go to the tree of souls…umh I thought they crushed tree of souls right after the love scene did any one else pick up on this??? How did it magically regrow in a day??? Or did the producer make a big typo and I caught it???
