Is there a way to make homemade dog food?

After all the recalls and pets dying from tainted food I’m considering making my own. What are some good homemade dog recipes? Is homemade dog food healthier for my dog are there just a different set of problems?

Yup, there is a way to make homemade dog food. The most important thing to remember is that dogs need a diet that consists of 40 percent meat, 30 percent vegetables and 30 percent starch. Also, their meat must be cooked.

Also, if you are willing to switch to a store-bought brand that has been safe throughout all of this tainted food mess, I suggest the goodlife recipe. My dogs love it, and it’s all natural. You pay a little more, but it’s healthy and safe.

of course you can make your own! mix some beef, gravy and other stuff that dogs like. or you can look up how to make home made dog food online. :) ;) :-]
