Best food to eat to lose weight?

I wegh as much as a 16 year old… I’m only 13 and I need to be aleast 105 pounds but my goal is 110 right now! Just wondering what the best food are to eat other then salads…

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

I’ve heared that melons are good for you when you want to lose weight!, eat healthy over all (lean meats, low fat yougurt, low fat/partly skimmed milk, organic foods, whole wheat bread…ect) - don’t forget to put in some exercise into your diet too!! wish you luck!!

welll…those lean cuisine meals are healthy and the weight watchers like snack bars and stuff like that are good for losing weight cause they help you stay full longer. Celery is a negative calorie which means you burn calories when you eat it!
