What is wrong with my hips and ankles?
I have my left longer than the other and it is making my left hip very very pain ful, I was wondering what happens when you are diagnosed with it? Also my ankles face inwards when my feet are flat on the ground, I have been diagnosed with this aswell, I was wondering what happens when this happens. Please help me lol x
I know this may sound silly but see if you can retrain your feet by wearing your shoes on opposite feet @ night and when your @ home. This helped my oldest son when he was 2 1/2 , he is now 18 1/2 and it worked for him. Also out a shoe insert in the shoe that is shorter to relieve pressure on you longer one. . .
You should ask the doctor who diagnosed these conditions what your prognosis is. You need to consult a good orthopedist.
