By KATHARINE Q. SEELYE Published: May 9, 1999 Stepping up the Clinton Administration’s campaign against gun violence, Hillary Rodham Clinton used an emotional White House ceremony today to call on Americans to press Congress to ‘’buck the gun lobby’’ and pass several gun control measures.

Answer #6

Wow ! In the debate last night Hillary was visibly snarling at Obama - her finger on the nuclear button, Yikes !!

Answer #7

Tim Russert and Obama made the point that Hillary refers to her experience at both ends of Pa Ave, yet Bill signed a letter specifically to his library, asking they not release ANY of Hillary’s communications until 2009 - she has said she would have the most ‘open and ethical’ campaign/administration - Wonder Why.

Answer #8

As I understand it, it wasn’t 2300hrs. (11PM) when she arrived in Bosinia. It was something like 1000-1100hrs. If I’m not mistaken. In all fairness though, this is not the first lie that she has told to try for votes. Sadly, she seems to believe her own lies.

I think that was in response of a remark Osama Ben Laden made. . .

“You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them,” Obama said. “And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are going to regenerate and they have not. And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”

Those are Barack Osama’s exact words. . . .

Answer #15

I’m in ;) I liked Bill. Did you know he signed into practice:

  1. the internet “tax free” legislation
  2. the most aggressive global trade bill ever from a democrat (actually, this policy was in line with the republican view on global trade in many ways)

However, as soon as I cross into the “uber rich” bracket & have enough money that the republican tax breaks would benefit me the most, then I’m switching parties :)

And need we forget the AWB, Ruby Ridge and Waco. If you look at the things that Hitler and his group of lunatic had as their agenda, it’s almost the same as Hillary wants for this country. That’s why we call her Hitlery. I’m telling you folks, if she or Obama get into office it’s bad news for all our rights. The 2A is the only right that is there to protect the others.

Sen. John Kerry’s endorsement of Barack Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination should come as no surprise to readers of the Insider Report, which has disclosed Kerry’s membership in the so-called “Gang of Four” Hillary Clinton haters.

The Four — Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Howard Dean, and Al Gore — have pledged to stop Hillary from getting the nomination, and each has his own reason for detesting Clinton.

As the Insider Report has disclosed on several occasions beginning in 2005, Kennedy is disgusted by Bill and Hillary Clinton’s moderate politics, and he early on endorsed Kerry for the 2008 nomination.

Gore blames his 2000 loss on Hillary, who he says siphoned off key resources to her Senate race.

Dean blames the Clintons for his 2004 campaign woes. A year earlier, Clinton had launched a behind-the-scenes campaign to pressure fellow Democrats not to support Dean for president.

And Kerry feels Hillary stabbed him in the back, promising to go all out to support his 2004 White House campaign but then doing as little as possible to help him.

Now Kerry is getting a measure of revenge by endorsing Obama.

Research - Hillary admits to:

Untruths:

• Chelsea was jogging around the Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. (She was in bed watching it on TV.)

• Hillary was named after Sir Edmund Hillary. (She admitted she was wrong. He climbed Mt. Everest five years after her birth.)

• She was under sniper fire in Bosnia. (A girl presented her with flowers at the foot of the ramp.)

• She learned in The Wall Street Journal how to make a killing in the futures market. (It didn’t cover the market back then.)

Whoppers She Won’t Confess to:

• She didn’t know about the FALN pardons.

• She didn’t know that her brothers were being paid to get pardons that Clinton granted.

• Taking the White House gifts was a clerical error.

• She didn’t know that her staff would fire the travel office staff after she told them to do so.

• She didn’t know that the Peter Paul fundraiser in Hollywood in 2000 cost $700,000 more than she reported it had.

• She opposed NAFTA at the time.

• She was instrumental in the Irish peace process.

• She urged Bill to intervene in Rwanda.

• She played a role in the ‘90s economic recovery.

• The billing records showed up on their own.

• She thought Bill was innocent when the Monica scandal broke.

• She was always a Yankees fan.

• She had nothing to do with the New Square Hasidic pardons (after they voted for her 1,400-12 and she attended a meeting at the White House about the pardons).

• She negotiated for the release of refugees in Macedonia (who were released the day before she got there).

4/2/08: Now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes. Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.
