How can I lose 40lbs fast?

Does anyone know how I could lose 40 lbs fast. Im 16 and bout 4’11 I just want to be healthier. Im up for anything

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

  Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

dont eat a lot, tuck in your stomach. it burns calories, and eventually it’ll become a habit until you loose the amount you want.

You have to take your time. Weight loss is a lengthy process and canno’t be done by pills and diet supplements alone. You have to eat sensibly and excersize regularly. I lost 30 pounds in the time frame of 4 months, so in 5 months if you just keep it up, you will be happy, healthy, and hot! :)

Eat tons of fresh veggies and fresh fruit, drink lots of water and jog!!! I hate all theose get skinny quick scams. Like the diet pills and all that. When you lose weight, you want to do it in a healthy way. Your body needs food, water and exercise.

you really can’t do that without resorting to an eating disorder..

but if you limit your calories to say…1600 or so a day and excersize you should see some results fairly quickly.
