helppp, stomach pains...?

okay, so last night I went to bed early cause my stomach was hurting and I thought it would feel better in the morning, but I woke up and my stomach felt the same. then on my way to school I felt like someone was stabbing me in the stomach a bunch of time. I dont know what it is. I mean, I have 3 ideas, but I dont know. yes, I have been sexually active, so I thought for a second that I may be pregnant. but I am also thinking that my stomach may be bleeding, but my stool is not black at all. my last idea is that I am going to start my menstral cycle soon, but I have never felt this way before when I was about to start.

I have no other symptoms except the hurting stomach. and when I say hurting, it KILLS. it literally feels like someone is stabbing me over and over, non-stop.

someone please help.

well take pain medicine to make the pain go away and if it never stops, see an adult figure or even a doctor
