Help with mp4 player

I have the mp4 player that looks like a ipod and I didnt have this problem like 2 weeks ok it was working fine but I think I pressed something really dont know and all my songs only play for 10 seconds then goes next to the other one why is it doing that it wasnt doing that last time that is so annoying

Oh, it does that to mine too If your mp4 is a nice one, you press the “reset” button. & you will still have all the songs. it’s really to get into it but you have to use an earring or something to get into it.

it will work fine when you reset it. & if you reset it, you will still have all your songs, photos etc.
