Zune player help

how do I put videos on my zune player? I cant seem to get or put videos on my zune I have this one video thats on real player but I dont know how to get it on my zune

You can convert the DVDs you already have to the right format and then put them on…I think it is called sothink converter (or just put in DVD to Zune converter) Google it to find the program… its free
