Help with an E-mail account

Im trying to set up a new outlook account, but im having problems. When I get through the screens, it tells me to type in the name the administrator gave me and my Username. How do I find out what these are? Where can I find them?

Hope this helps - The Administrator account is actually the default account on a new install of Windows XP. It has no restrictions on changing any facet of your system, giving this user full control: http://www.worldstart.com/tips/tips-pr.php/1929

if you havent made an account on your PC (meaning you dont enter a username when you start your PC) then the username you should enter is ‘administrator’ and the password should be blank.

lol, well your user name is the first part of your email address…

so, xyz @ bellsouth.net, your user name would be xyz
