hello I am heidi, I am 13 years old and I way about 140pds. I understand im overweight, and the people around me agree. I am going to be a lifeguard this summer, and I want to slim down in a big way in order to help and protect people, and also myself.

Well by being a lifeguard you’ll be doing quite a lot of exercise which should keep you fit as well but in the mean time to get into shape try swimming is the best activty for you to focuss on it will build up your arm muscle strength making it easier for you to rip through the waves and save people…

Get down to your local gym try some push ups,crunches, yoga,pilaties or dance is another very active way of sheding the pounds , you could aslo try kung fu types like judo etc…

Best of luck becomming a life guard, also you could pop down to your local doctor to see what he thinks would be the best way …diets such as cereal,vegetables and fruit all of your greens would definalty benefit you…
