Why life is painful for me every day

Why life is painful for me every day. I try not to remmeber what ever happened to me in the past but I can’t get over it. every morning when I wake up that one person is in my mind all the time I dont know it has been a long time that he left me but I can’t forget him. I know he didnt love me and he doesnt but I dont know what to do. I feel like I dont have any value I am completely useless. Is there anyone to help me

I think the first thing you have to do is try to move on from this person..forget about him.

Think of him as just someone you came across in the past- he didn’t enhnace your life, he didn’t love you in the way you loved him. What did he do for you apart from make you unhappy? Think about people you care about- your family, your friends and how much joy and happiness they bring you. Does it even compare to what he gave you? Every time you think of him, just think to yourself ‘Why exactly am I thinking of him? God, I can find better people out there than him. I’m worth more’

He must have had bad qualities too. Did he brush his hair? Did he chew gum a lot? Did he treat you nicely? There’s going to be someone out there who will treat you with all the love they have and will stay on your mind for a good reason.

Use him and the experiences you got from him as a tool for building strength in the future. Now that he’s gone you can find someone better, and you probably won’t be as sad next time. You do have value because you have proved to yorself how much love you have to give. And your love is of the highest value there is. No one will ever ask for more. So, get rid of anything you have to do with him- remeber he’s just in the past, like old schoolteachers and neighbours. Hope you feel better!

You seem quite down and depressed which is fine after you have just split up but come on hun you need to forget about him. You are worth more than that. You have the rest of your life to live, don’t dwell on the past- look forward to the future. “don’t cry over people that wouldn’t cry over you”- it’s just not worth it. good luck
