How can I get get bigger legs?

Well I am only 15 and I am size o in jeans And when I wear skirts and shorts my legs look Really ugly.I have chicken legs. How can I get get bigger legs? I also wanted to know how can I get fatter? I am really skinny and sometimes people tell me I look anorexic

Size 0?!?! I have the same problem in gaining weight. What I used to do was to make homemade chips every day, drink milk or a milkshake after and just before you go bed have a slice of bread with peanut butter or chocolate spread. These gain weight but the hard part is trying to keep it on!!!

Be sure to eat a healthy, plentiful diet- eat whenever you feel hungry and even if you dont feel hungry make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. The nice thing about gaining weight is you can feel free to enjoy fatty/sugary treats but make sure they are not the staple of your diet- protein, dairy, carbohydrate, fruit and vegetables are essential. Cycling may help tone your legs :)

You shouldnt try to get fatter, work out, eat more, but healthier foods. maybe play a sport with a lot of running or track would be a good way to get your legs looking tone, and not so tiny.

Don’t get fatter; gain muscle. Start running and doing legs exercises to make your legs look bigger and healthier. You can do the same with your arms and core if they are a problem.

What I suggest is, don’t try and get fatter you may get fatter in places that you don’t like and could make you have celulite which does not at all look good. I’m a sports fanatic and I have huge muscular legs and little teeney arms lol So what you need to do is eat a nutritional breakfast in the morning because that is the most important meal of the day, then jog/run about half a mile or more a day if you can exceed that. Doing sprints also help with your calves. If you can go to a gym do a lot of squats that builds your quadriceps and calves. Invert leg press is a really big one that helps too, it builds muscle everywhere in your legs. Try and stay away from the fatty and sugary foods it makes you have less energy to do stuff and less motivated. An easy way to build your calves is to put your feet flat on the floor and then rise up one your toes hold it thr for a couple sec. then go down then do that for like 20 or 30 reps. also you could add weight by holding something heavy it makes your calves work harder. Sports is the big roll in my muscle I play soccer, cross country, volleyball and track. If you could try getting on a sports team that works your legs a lot like soccer youll notice a dif, in about a week or 2.
