Help me be saved.

So many people mis understand the bible, allot of the time I know people dont read it because they dont ever know what they are talking about. Gospel meetings are the best place for you to go if you want to be saved. Its crazy how many people say they are saved but you can tell there not…as the bible says good trees produce good fruit. Good people do good things. I could put this all from verses but I will make it as plain and simple as I can for you. First you need to reconize what sin REALLY is. First of all sin is what seprating you from god. In your heart you also know the diffrence between right and rong, wich in all cases is truthful. SO in the bible it states that the devil is the prince of this world. The devil is on this earth in spirit and he is laughing at everyone who is not saved because we all know where they are going. He doesnt want anybody to go to heaven so…what is he going to do? Hes going to create a system in this world to disract everyone he can to know the truth about god. Onley makes sence doesnt it? hmmm where does every religion in this world come from???Where do drugs come from? Drinking? Tv? Video games? (guitar hearo is a awesome example) pay attention to everything on it next time. SO this is the system in place to distract you and to crave sin. All you have to do is ask to be saved and once its enough you will be saved. And theres not going to be fireworks … but you will know when you are saved no doubt about it…in order to get saved you need to know your going to hell and you need to know you deserve it because everyones born a sinner. want to know more…then ask

PEZZ, God bless you, God sent Jesus to die for your sins, Man messed up in the garden of Eden by not obeying God and eating the forbidden fruit. When that happened we all were condemed by sin. However God not wanting us to be slaves to Satan Sent Jesus from Heaven to live as a man, why did God do that, the answer is simple..ask yourself how would you know how an ant feels? you can’t you have to be an ant to know how they think how they feel, what they like and dislike..so in the same way God sent Jesus to earth to see what we go through the sins we have to deal with Jesus was tempted by everything we are being tempted by today..but because he was born of the Holy Spirt he was able to overcome those temptations without sinning like we do..and he lived a perfect life..therefore he was a perfect person who gave his life so that we can go to heaven and be with God…so for you my friend..look up in your bible John 3v16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him will not die but have everlasting life…wow that is great..if you confess your sins to God he is faithful and Just to forgive you of your sins..and you have to find a real Christian Church not Jahova Witness, that is a cult..or Mormons those are cults..you need to be in a Christian or Catholic Church..stay away from cults…like Yoga, Buddism, Islam, and all those false religions…Jesus is the way the truth and the life no man comes to God except through Jesus God bless…email me if you need help…elieen77@yahoo.com

That is why we are here, please keep coming to the board. Being babtised is the next step. And reading your bible. How about starting with the book of John, in the New Test. He was a disciple that was very close to Jesus, and it will help you to get started.

Once you follow the steps that are given in the bible, you then, have to live by faith. The spirit will help you, the more you seek him, the more he will manifest himself to you. He is real. He loves you tremendously. He will help you, all the way to heaven. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He will be a friend that sticks closer than a brother. but, this will not “Just happen..” You will have to seek him.

In prayer, in bible study, in fellowship, in worship. You are embarking on a very important journey… one that will have ups and downs… but, one that you will never regret.

Believe what you read, with all your heart, and act on it. That is faith in action. Feelings may or may not follow. but, the word is more important that feelings. start speaking what the bible says. it will begin to transform your thinking. and your acting. and in fact, your whole life… however, the change comes little by little.

It is not like a bolt of lightening, but, it is a change. I know exactly when that change took place in me, June 1985. And I have never been the same since.

I simply called out to God, and he came into my heart.

It will be very interesting to keep journals.

I have lots of them. And I am very glad that I did. I can look back and see my progress, and it is very interesting.

yeah, just read your bible daily, and pray OFTEN, surrender your life to Him, and go to church, do not socialize with unbelievers; the bible says light and dark cannot be together… please, I suggest you set up a profile at lifespace.cc and stay in touch with other believers

start reading your bible even if its just a lil bit a day and set aside time for god every morning or when ever and just talk to him and read his word

tell god you want forgiveness for all your sins and you want him to come into your heart they just mean that you have to say that you are a sinner and you want to be saved from it all!!!

Um it kinda depends on which religion you are but then again just talking to god and telling him that you are sorry for all that you have done should be ok and being baptised is another big thing!!!

im so proud of you! just say a prayer and ask god to come into your life and to forgive you of your sins and tell him that you believe that jesus died on the cross for your sins. its not hard at all but it is the most important decision of your life. :)

I am not a Christian, so will not give a Christian answer.

My belief is that if you are truely sorry about commiting wherever you believe a wrong deed is, then you would take care to not commit the same deed again.

Everyone makes mistakes, its natural, and life is a learning process, so learn with it. Confessing does no good for you or your conscience. If you are sorry, then take extra steps to make no mistake again, and if you intend to make the mistake again, there is no point pretending to be sorry.
