How do I lose weight around my belly?
I am 5,6 height and am 125 pounds am I fat and do you know a fast way to lose weight around the belly and I am a 14 year old guy and just got into highschool I have not asked a girl out in a long time because I think I am fat and the girls I like are to good for me, I also fear rejection even though I have a lot of friends and lots of friends that are girls and very preety. please I beg you what should I do ? please tell me.

First, I’m not sure if you’re being real or not. But I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are.
First, at 5’6 and 125 pounds, you cannot be fat! That sounds rather skinny if anything, and I’m sure you’re mind is just exaggerating what the mirror shows you. Second, being a little fat does not stop girls from liking you. Trust me, any intelligent woman is going to want to know who you are, and fall in love with that person - not with how big your arms are.
Finally, the best proven method for fat loss (proved in a clinical setting using the double blind placebo controlled set up) is the run-walk method. This is not HIIT. Without getting into a full blown biology lesson: you want to run as fast as you can for 20 minutes straight, no stopping if you can help it. Dont worry if your maximum speed isn’t that fast - we’re not trying to show off, we’re trying to lose fat. After this, you walk at a brisk pace for 30 minutes. This is because walking burns more fat than running, but running releases fat reducing hormones like epinephrine, so you’re getting the best of both wolds.
This is the best for short term and mid term results. For long term results, your best bet is to weight train, and start laying on muscle. Muscle burns fat 24 hours, even while you’re sleeping. By increasing your caloric needs (due to increased muscle), you make it easier to keep fat off.
If you DO decide to start lifting weights, ask how. Hopefully I’ll find it and get you started.

you should care about your wieght just be charming hahah or you could do excercise cut down on your food or jion a gym or something but it shoul;dnt matter to much :)
You could start jogging/running. Sit-up are a good idea as well. A combination of those two should help you solve your problem. Best of luck!
