How can I stop leaking at night on my period?

How can I stop leekin at night.. like how to sleep because the blood last night went everywhere (N) I had to chuck away my pants it was That bad ! I’ve only got normal pads for now x any help before 10pm PLEASE

aww that suckss.. try sleppin on your sides cause when I sleep on my back or stomach it always goes through!! so try the side thing and thicker pads

is there no pads that are any bigger… I duno if you are from uk or not but there are a make.. always ultra… they do a certain pack that are designed for heavy flows that are suitable for over night!!! they are in a blue package… sorry hun hope this helps xx

I did sleep with a towl under me but I have to wear pants at night.. does sleep on your back, belly or side help ??

hmmm… that really sucks. try sleeping with a old towl under you? Sorry, hun. but that’s all the advice I have for now.
