Help is he playin me or not ready at all???

Ok I have been talkin to dis guy tat I like a lot and it has been great but yesterday he told me tat he only want to be friends but in the beginning he sed he like me and im his girl and he want to start dating when we 16 because he as a busy life and we don’t go to the same skools too but he sed he feels bad for leading me on and he hates this desicison he made but wahts is he trying to say really because one minute he sed likes me then the next he dosent waht shuld I do???

Don’t pressure him.. he seems like a nice guy for telling you the truth that he just want to be friends and is sorry for leading you on.. why did he say he hates the decision he made? think if there is a third party involved.. if he really meant it accept it the best that you can.. don’t try to go after him.. good luck =)
