I love shopping an every time I go I always spend far too much and im trying to save my money … please help me!! I need to find a way not to spend soo much money

only take a small amount of money with you when you go shopping leave the rest at home or put it in a bank if it is in a bank, leave your cards at home and take a small amount of cash when you see something you want to buy stop and think about it think about what youll do with it, when youll wear it, what it goes with, how often youll use it, if you need it, ect then go home, sleep on it and if you still think you need it the next day, buy it but think about if its really something yopu need or if its just another worn once item that then gets thrown in a big pile of expensive clothes you dont wear or need
