How much is an approopriate amount to spend on a christmas present for someone you barely know?

Christmas is really a big event and i will be glad to present a gift to someone even if they are unknown to me provided i have enough money with me. Maybe around $50 is just fine for the gift i guess for this big event

I think a good price range would be $5 to $20, depending on how much you can afford.

I think the perfect gift for them would be a $10 to $20 gift card to a store (Wal-mart, Target, etc…), because since you don’t know them well, you don’t exactly what they like…and they can pick out what they want.

Another great gift would be a gift basket. Maybe fill it with soaps, body washes, body sprays, lotions, etc… or cookies, brownies, snack cakes, chocolates, etc…

For me usually around $20, but Id still look for something that looks good and not cheap.

last year and this year, i made and am making really cheap wine for those kind of people.. I have more fun making the labels than anything and costs roughly 3 bucks a bottle..

you should go to ross, they have some very cheap good quality products. 10 is too much, 5 is good. watch some ross hauls on youtube and get inspired.
