Help dealing with horrible umpires

I play in a 14U baseball league. I am a very good ball player so I know what I am talking about. The umpires in this league really suck. As a few examples one time I was up at-bat and the count was 3-2 the next pitch bounced on the plate. The umpire called strike 3 yet I didnt move the bat an inch nor did I step out of the box WTF. One other time I was pitching with a runner on first. I stepped off the rubber and threw over to first and the field umpire calls a balk. I cleanly stepped off the rubber and I made no motion to home so where was the balk. I have really had enough of these umpires so should I just sit back and take it or do something about it? and what should I do?

well im a girll and play 18u softball but I know what you mean, I dont think we had a game all season where an umpire didnt make at least one bad call. you just have to deal with it as best as you can. play your best game and take it from there. good luckk :]
