Have had a bumpy rash on my arms

Have had a bumpy rash on my arms for the last 10 years, in the summer it is really embarassing and I have to keep my arms covered up, however I work in an office and it is very hot and I want to wear short sleve tops but my arms look awful, any suggestions on how I can get rid of it? I’ve tried tons of oils, creams, gels and nothing has worked?

I have been to the doctors about 12 times lol they just give me creams or oils, that dont even do nothing and all they say is ill grow out of it, however thats not good enough for now lol becuase I dont want to be weraing jumpers and cover up in the summer lol

Is it on your upper arms? and maybe on your back as well?

It could be keratosis pilaris (about 50% of the population has some form of it)

The sun (not getting burned though) helps a lot for it and dermatologist can give you special creams that will improve it.
