Tanned arms

My arms are really tanned and the rest of me is really pale. How can I make them less tanned while still wearing t-shirts?

Hi this happened o me haha dont use sand paper you wil just have scratched arms and it will kill u! when your in the shower use like a body scrub that hs like bits in it that will rub your tan off and wont scratch your arms x =)
