if this condition is of urs started all of the sudden chances are that you might be havin a low blood pressure(which could be due to loss of blood due to an external injury or any hemorrhage inside your body…) or more simply you r experiencing hypoglycemia(low blood sugar)…try taking glucose or energy bars…juvenile diabetes is another cause but that usually manifest in an earlier age…examine your tongue, nails and your inner surface of eye lids…if they are very pale…then it could be anemia of an acute cause which needs further assessment…but these are the common causes…other causes do exist…if your condition is gradual in onset(if it was slight in the past and now its more severe) then it could be due to malnutrtion…vitamin deficiencies and stuff due to improper diet…it could also be due to blood loss due to your periods which causes iron deficiency plus improper dietry supplement of iron…if its none of these you need further evaluation…hope this helps…take care

I limited my salt intake because everywhere I turn they say Canadians eat too much salt and people should limit salt intake. So I did that, then I end up weak and dizzy at times. I just saw my cardiac doctor today who advised me that I am one of the 30% of Canadians who should increase my salt intake; I have normal blood pressure but on the LOW side of normal/low blood pressure.

Salt apparently helps stabilize blood pressure (example: the saline “drip” given when in the ER or hospital) - but see your doctor first because depending what you’re eating and among many other factors, it can be something else or a combination of things for you. You can’t just dismiss things or assume things because you “googled” about it, though it can provide some very good insight and discussions with your doctor.

Always eat healthy foods (try 1/2 protein & 1/2 good carbs). Exercise as well. You need not join a gym. A brisk walk, a jog, or biking, or swimming, even going up and down stairs is also good. Talk to your doctor who can advise you what is good for you and your body. If you can’t afford a doctor, you should still find away to see one and begin your medical history (to trace or pick up oddities as you age). I’m not an advocate for paying insane prices for doctor fees, medical expenses, and such, but somethings should not be ignored.

Prevention and detection is the best remedy. I have a friend who is suffering from hypoglycemia, she would have caught this sooner if she visitied the doctor annually but she learnt of her condition after having a severe seizure and then minor ones afterwards. Cancers can be caught this way (get your annual done!) I recently lost another friend because she never went to the doctor and when she finally went in because she just couldn’t handle “feeling off” and had a progressive feeling of sickness, she was past help and the cancer had spread throughout her body. This applies to many conditions or diseases that the body can develop so I advise to see your doctor at least once a year. Try keeping a journal so you, yourself, can monitor your own health, stress levels, sensativities (many people think they’re allergic to something when really it’s a sensitivity).

In my opinion, the cost of seeing a doctor outways the cost of loosing quality of life, and then loss life itself.

Doctors can help out but can only do so much so you need to be proactive with your own health.

Sounds like you should eat something. Sounds like hypoglycemia…which is low blood sugar, usually caused by not eating properly, or a serious diabetic condition. You don’t have to be a diabetic to have this though. Drink something sweet, eat something, and I bet you will feel better shortly after…
