This could be a yeast infection. Go see your doctor because it wont go away with out the cream, and it could be a urinary tract infection and for that you need antibiotics. Make sure your careful with the body washes and lotions you use because you could be alergic to them
This sounds very much like an akllergy or contact dermatitis.
Just before it started, did you change your shower gel, soap, body lotion, clothes washing powder, toilet paper (not sure what you call this in the US) etc…
