Hello or Goodbye ?

I got my period twice, once in August, and once in September. But all of a sudden, I stopped having it. It’s been 8 months now. Could it be because I’m a gymnast and work out twice a week for 2 and 1/2 hours. I’m also in travel softball, and have two practices a week for 3 and 1/2 hours, is it because I’m just so active ?

Answer #1

yes if you over exerscise or are too active it could make your periods irregular or even stop them from comming ask your doctor about it though and if it is due to exerscise youll need to slow down on that

Answer #2

your pds didnt cum in last 8 months, dats strange. and the thing is you never visited your doctor .u shud check your dr fast if you want your cycle regular. my frd had the same prbl and now she is taking medicines since last 1 yr.

Yes, if you are very physical, that could interfere with regular periods. I have a friend who is a long distance runner and she runs a lot! Her perioids are pretty random. But you should still check with the doc, just to make sure there isn’t something else that needs attention. You might have a vitamin deficiency or something and if that is fixed you might be an even better gymnast, good luck ]
