How can I get a good body?

I’m 15 and I’ve been on every diet that I can think of. I’ve also been to the gym and tried starving myself. I’m getting more depressed each day. I want a shape like Beyonce. Someone help me get that sexy figure I’m like jelly.

what ever you do, DO NOT starve yourself the weight will just come back, exercise more and diet but stay on that plan of diet and exercise it will help,trust me.

p.s. a good work out is to walk a block then jog a block and repeat that for at least an hour every day or every other day. it helped me a whole lot.

does no-one know that your not supposed to diet when your still growing? if you starve yourself, youll starve yourself of nutrients and your going to stunt your growth, making it even less likely that you’ll end up with a body like beyonce. everyone has a different body shape and if you dont have the same as beyonce, no amount of dieting or working out is going to get you that body. A healthy diet and exercise is the only way to go to get the best body for yourself.

dont starve your self. your 15 and you should have a heath class that will teach you how to count calories. you multiplie your weght with some numbers(i dont remember what #s) with what ever anwser you get eat less caloies than that number every day. when you lost the weight eat do the math again this time eat the same amount of caloies. then go to the jym i lerned this in my health class.
