What are some healthy breakfast ideas I can make quickly?

Keep in mind, I am trying to eat in small portions. So, no more than 2 cups of food for breakfast. I have about 3 ideas for breakfast, but I just need a few more.

I find that smoothies can actually be quite filling, depending on what you put in them. If you don’t feel like a smoothie would be enough, you could always alter the amount you use so that you could have half of a smoothie, plus something else.

Eggs and toast.. or an egg sandwich (eggs have a lot of protein, so they’re very filling) :)

Yea…I was thinking of making some low-carb smoothies. 4 strawberries 1 cup of soy milk 6 ice cubes 1/2 cup low fat yogurt

AND

1 banana 1 orange sliced and unseeded 1/2 cup low fat yogurt 1 cup orange juice 6 ice cubes

but only drinking about a cup.

Weight lifters protien drinks, scrambled eegs, peanut butter an the jell ey. French toast. Aunt Jimimas m3 min microwave breakfasts,Dunkin Donuts have carbs eegs and sugarry chocolate. For a bussy person Protien sugar carbs and salt ARE GOOOOOD.

Do you enjoy oatmeal? Apple, Walnut & Raisins?Blueberry? Banana, Malt & Brown Sugar. With a nice, cold orange juice from the morning refridge. ahhh-hh! A breakfast burrito with nice cold chocolate milk or hot chocolate with a cinnamon streusel.

I eat a lot of oatmeal for breakfast. Or eggs and toast. I have read and been told its a good idea to have some protein first thing in the morning because it helps to jump start your brain.

Do you have Weetabix in Canada? Im sure you’re from there lol, just have one of them with either strawberries or a chopped banana or sumit or even raisins with warm milk. Or those small saches of porridge and you add 150ml of milk I think and microwave it thats what I’ve been eating on this diet. Or just two peices of toast with light cheese spread :)

museli with a bit of fruit and nuts and milk or yoghurt!, instant microwave porridge with banana or cinamon and apple (or whatever you want). weetabix with your choice or healthy toppings (fruit, dried fruit, seeds, nuts, milk, yoghurt, smoothie). less quick, but still quick things are: wholemeal toast with beans or scrambled egg, egg white omelet, poached egg on wholemeal bread!
