Health diagnosis

I have lost 20% of my body weight,I’ve had swollen lymph nodes,my face ahes,I have severe dental problems,and I am always tired, what diagnosis can you give me?

if you were already a healthy weight/underweight before you lost th weight I would say you have an eating disorder and the problems you have are because your extreemly underweight, unheallthy and youve damaged your health if not it may be from loosing the weight so quickly (if you did) but no one here is a doctor and we cant diagnose you to get an accurate diagnosis you need to see a real doctor and I recomend you do that as soon as possible

It could be a dangerous symptom. You should immediately contact to an expert doctor before it get worse. It can be a type of mouth cancer.
