Men do not have a cervix - so no. Also, cancer is not contagious to begin with.
What you are talking about is most likely HPV. There are many different strangs of this - one causes cervical cancer and some cause genital warts.
Men are the carriers of HPV, and there is not a test for it in men unless they have a breakout of warts on their genitals. Women do have a test - a pap smear can be done to find out if she has HPV.
