ANYONE who is pregnant is obviosuly going to gain weight any if your carrying TWO babies then yes your going to gain more weight than you would if you were just carrying one

I am a twin and my mum was big yeah, but just her belly and her boobs and like other people said, it’s different when you are pregnant than fat. my mum was normal sized all her life and still is. I am 8 months pregnant, but not with twins, I’ve gained 26 pounds, which my Dr. says is normal. you do not have to “eat for 3” this is a common misconception. Nestle baby has a lot of good info about diet on their site, but talk to your Dr. also even if you are not canadian search “canada food guide” and make yours specific to your situation and what you like to eat and print it.

you migthgain some weight from all the food you have to eat in order to have the two babies and yourself survive, keep it healthy and definitly eat when you need to, you eating for 3! understand things will change and your fat is one thing you can control even if you do there are many methods to take care of it afterword, and since its pregnancy and not just regular fat people will understand and be unjudgmental, there is such an obvious difference from obese and pregnant
