Is there any way to heal coccyx and hip pain without surgery?

Without knowing exactly what’s causing the pain for you, I can only speak from my own experience. A broken coccyx - I’ve had it - there is little you can do to remedy it, so you need to rely on painkillers if it’s really bad. Making sure you sit properly will help too - if you keep your back straight, it pulls the coccyx up so you’re not putting pressure on it like you would be doing if you slouch. Hip pain - my right hip was dislocated while I was pregnant, and it never fully heals. I’ve found, tough, that working the muscles around the hip joint help to pull everything together so my hip doesn’t go out as often as it used to. If you’re suffering from sciatica … learn to deal - there’s nothing you can do aside from proper posture.
