Why is it that I get headaches when I read a book?

it doesn’t matter of the light haven’t you people heared that now a days they say reading with light can actually little by little make yor pupils smaller every 5 years! and when you read in the dark it improves yor eye sight alittle after 3 years!

My point is, if you didn’t figure it out. Some people may get a headach from different things. Like some people get a headach from the smell of vanilla or car rides, I guess there’s nothing you can do about it except take tylonal or advil. Sorry I didn’t make that clearer.

Could be the book you are reading is boring:) Do you use special reading glasses? if not you may need some just for reading, but what do I know.

You may have a problem with short sighted vision too…

You’ll need different glasses for that…

Because your eyes may need to be checked as you may be short sighted of something and your eyes are struggling to focus causing you a headache.

The light might be bad and your perscription might have changed. it mite also be the position you are reading in.

I wear my everyday, allday glasses, I dont know maybe ill have to ask my eyedoctor in 2 months. I like that joke you said, it made me laugh =D!!!

Well I already have glasses and get a yearly check-up with my eye doctor. So I know thats not it. What else do you have for me 8ball?
