He cheated...in the worst way...help me...

So my boyfriend of two and 1/2 years…cheated on me and has been for a month…hes been fuckinggg this girl..and me and him were each others 1st..and he actually has been w/ her for a whole fukinggg two days now and he texted me las tnight callin me a fat cunt and all this other stuf so when I showed up at his house…I caught them…

how can I move on…I need help…I’m so confused. im sad but more disgusted and hrut I saw it coming bc hes been hiding things from me, lockin his phone and etc…but I mean what should I do to move on…

I DO NOT want him back…any man who can call his ex and I wasnt even his ex yet a fat ugly cunt and say hes gettin his dick sucked by his new girlfriend is no man…

and the bitc has the balls to text me sayin she didnt know about me and if she did she would have never messed w/ him or been with him…

ohh and heres the more kicker in the asss I showed up at his house and he didnt even have the balls to come out side…hes just a pussy but I need help movin on..

Honey; break all contact with him, he will only continue to hurt you. You do not need his manipulation or emotional abuse and that is exactly what he is doing to you. I know it hurts really bad, and that kind of hurt is hard to get over, you deserve to find someone who will love and respect you, whom you can trust, you will not be able to find that if you stay stuck on someone else. If you really want to drive him nuts, act like it does not matter (even if it does) stop talking to him, and be seen with other men even if they are just your friends, he will hate it, but do this for self esteem, not with the idea that he will come back.

He is claimin that he loves her more than he ever loved me after two and 1/2 years and he has only been w/ her for a week. I think its lust because thats all they have obvioulsy been doin is havin sex…I don’t know it just hurts soo much

Honey, as one who has been betrayed like you have, I can only say that it takes time, surround yourself with understanding friends, do not waste time thinking about him, watch a movie or play a video game, anything that will occupy your mind and not think about him. I read all the Harry Potter books myself and then took a trip. I am over the slag now.
