Have you heard of monovie juice and is it safe?

does anyone know if monovie juice has anything that would interfere with the drug Risperdal? And is this juice safe for children?

Answer #1

Basically, it is a drink made with berry juices that they are overcharging you for. You are much better off eating a balanced diet of fruits and vegetables.

Check out Dr. Lou Niles, just Google him. He gives a great explanation of how and why Monovie works. Always ask your doctor about your specific case, but this stuff has benefited people with even cancer, which does not recommend fruit juices. It has helped me with several joint related issues as well as headaches, intestinal, and general fatigue. It’s fabulous stuff! The fact that it is distributed through MLM does not make it a pyramid. As an attorney, I would caution sue about whipping terms like “pyramid scheme” around so flagrantly. Not nice as well. Sorry about whatever experience she has had that makes her so anti-MLM.

I have no idea about the safeness, and I have never used the product, but I have a friend with multiple serious health issues (fibromyalgia, sarcoidosis, Crohn’s disease, and some kind of bird fungus) who started using this stuff and I didn’t see her for about 3 months and the next time I saw her I didn’t recognize her. She went from a weak, sickly, overweight person who lived in bed to a vibrant, healthy, thin, beautiful woman who looks 15 years younger and has a life! I know she followed a strict regimen with the monovie and ate healthfully, but she wasn’t a person with a lot of willpower and this really worked for her after she had tried everything else. I wouldn’t dismiss this product out of hand. There is something to it.

I would ask your Doctor, gamma03.

In Reply to Sue90: Monavie is not in any way a Pyramid Scam - it is a legitimate network marketing company. Monavie makes no claims to anything except better health.

I am a Distributor of Monavie and I should know - I have met and spoken with many people who have had remarcable changes in health and the only thing they have done differently or changed, is that they started drinking MonaVie.

I have no problems discussing any problems you may have with MonaVie, though I would ask that you check the facts before you go misguiding people on purpose.

There is really not food that will interact with drugs. If I were you I would start looking for alternative ways to get of the drug so you can eat, drink, taste, whatever you want, just the way God made us. SSRIs are very dangerous. Check out the link below and you will get a better picture. I deal with patients every day that choose to come off these dangerous drugs and their life is much more clearer and happier. If you have any questions please contact me at healthchoicecares@yahoo.com. If you do decide to look into getting off these drugs please consult with you physician. http://www.ssristories.com/index.php

Dear gamma03, Monavie is a supplemental health drink that appeared on the market in January of 2005. Its recipe apparently consists of the juice of fruits and berries, including the Aci Berry, which supposedly can only be found in Amazonian rain forests. This product is affiliated with the pyramid scam..and has not been proven to have the benefits the sellers of this product claims. Before giving this to children you must consult a doctor..when interacting anything with medications you also must consult a doctor..many fruit juices should not be taken with your medications. Sue..good luck

I believe what I said to be true. Sue

I work with Monovie and I can tell you that I have acid reflux and I quit taking my prescription meds over 2 years ago and when I would feel an attack coming on I would take baking soda. I was feeling my acid reflux starting to act up and I took 3 oz of Monavie(Active) and within seconds it was gone. I told my husband nothing ever worked that fast for me. It’s not the company that makes health statements and what Monavie does it is the people who drink Monavie who see and feel the difference who share their stories. I would check with your physician or a Natural Health Store Representative.

Answer #10

Sue says that MONOVIE is a pyramid. She is wrong,it is a binary system. In a pyramid system, you can’t make more than your upline. In a binary system, you can pass your upline and they will still support you. Signed Lou I am a Monovie distributor.

Hey Sue, In reference to your answer to TRENT on Aug 29, 2007, 04:51AM Don’t confuse you with the facts… you mind is made up? Just ribbing you a little, but seriously, I have read enough of your answers to other things to have the opinion that you are reasonably intelligent and open minded. Why so closed minded on the subject of MLM’s? AVON, MARY KAY, PAMPERED CHEF, SALAD MASTER, just to name a few, use the same business model. Are they all scams? Steve

I am not sure. I would suggest talking to your doctor or pharmacist about it.
