how hard is freeskating? and how can i learn?

Are you talking about freeskating in figure skating or freeskating as in the extreme sport? I’m assuming the latter and we’re talking about a sport where 95% of the professionals have broken every major bone in their body… so, you do the math.

As long as you’re willing to look past and recover from your broken bones then it all comes down to how determined you are to be the best. As far as learning goes, hit your local skate park and start skating around trying to do some simple moves.

In the mean time, talk to the kids that are there and eventually you’re sure to find someone willing to teach or, more likely, knows someone or an establishment that gives lessons.

Just keep in mind you’re talking about doing some pretty dangerous moves as you get better at the sport - so always wear your pads and a helmet. Hope you have fun, good luck!
