Why do I keep feeling like I'm going to pass out?

i think you have blood pressure problems. when your blood pressure drops you feel like youre going to pass out, and most of the time you get wobbly and fall. go to a doctor only he can know for sure, none of us on here can give a cure or label the problem specificly.

do u take vitamins..it had happn to me before ..i talked to a doctor and he says i need to be eating more food and drinks with proteins, calcium, nutrients minerals..cuz my body is to weak..

Sounds like some sort of vitamin deficiency, a lack of b vitamins, zinc, magnesium and potassium can all cause this. Best would be to take a multi vitamin and eat more fruits, vegetables and especially seeds.

I’ve been having this lately too, like head rush except more dizzy. I think it’s from not eating enough or drinking enough water.

It sounds like you might have a vitamin deficiency problem. You should go to the Dr. and get blood tests done. I have Pernicious anemia and had similar symptoms. Its a B12 deficiency. Taking extra B12 wouldn’t of helped though as i can’t digest it. Its best to have a Dr. check not just increase your vitamin intake.

Make sure you breath correctly to get enough oxygen to your brain and the rest of your body

You mught have Virtego, or pre-meneopause, i would suggest going to a doctor.

This happens to me because my blood pressure and heart-rate are quite low. Checking with a doctor would be good. When it happens, check your heart-rate too. Count it for the full sixty seconds in case it is a bit irregular. When this happens to me my heart-rate often drops to about 35-40. My doctor said if it gets to about 30 call an ambulence.
