Well it was only featured in the sponge in movie and wasn’t intended to carry on to the newer episodes….

Kahili is right. It was just a one time thing Similar to what happens in the episodes. Like say spongebob got punched in one episode, he wouldn’t have a black eye in the next. You know what i mean? Or they don’t go visit the Goffy Goober ever again in the episodes. That was just for the movie.
